E. Mark Windle’s upcoming book, “Where the Olive Trees Grow”, explores Gaza’s nutritional welfare, following insights from his earlier work, “The Hundred Year Hunger”. It addresses ongoing food insecurity, the impacts of conflict on humanitarian aid, and resilience from grassroots organisations. The project also supports artist Laila Kassab, with a crowdfunding campaign underway.
